Charlie Cox Will Reprise Daredevil If the Character Joins MCU, Confirms Kevin Feige




Marvel fans hoping Charlie Cox will one day return to the person of Daredevil just got some incredible news. In a meeting with CinemaBlend, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed that Cox is the main entertainer who might play Daredevil ought to the hero advance into the appropriate Marvel Cinematic Universe. As Feige put it: "If you somehow happened to see Daredevil in impending things, Charlie Cox, indeed, would be the entertainer playing Daredevil. Where we see that, how we see that, when we see that, is not yet clear."

While Feige's remark doesn't affirm Cox's Daredevil is entering the MCU, it clarifies that no other emphasis of the superhuman is being considered for the universe. Cox featured as Daredevil on three periods of Netflix's eponymous comic book dramatization before the decoration dropped the show. Fans have been clamoring for Cox's return from that point forward. IndieWire reported in August 2019 that an agreement existed keeping Netflix's Marvel shows and characters from showing up in any non-Netflix series or movies for no less than two years after retraction. November 2020 stamped a long time since the "Thrill seeker" cancelation, in this way permitting Charlie Cox to show up in any Disney-claimed MCU property.

In a May 2020 interview, Cox said he'd "love nothing more""than to play Daredevil once more.
